Abstract

Effective leadership skills in a student to lead other students towards achieving a vision and mission are very important and need to be developed. Charismatic leadership skills have been identified as a significant added value in shaping TVET human capital that meets the needs of the current market because a leader with charismatic leadership skills will lead his followers towards achieving the set mission. Thus, this study aims to improve the quality of charismatic leadership among the POLIKU Speech and Debate Club (KDPAP) executive committee and help them develop the potential of charismatic leadership to the maximum level. The action research involved a total of nine members of the KDPAP executive committee. The "LEADinU" leadership course has been planned and implemented to improve leadership quality among students.  In conclusion, the KDPAP executive committee has demonstrated a mastery of understanding of the characteristics of charismatic leadership and the ability to apply them in the implementation and management of club activities.
